Thanks, the actual song is an octave higher, but i find it hard to play on high frets, specially on a classical guitar.

That tells you the octave. Middle C is C4 and the next C up is C5. Everything in between those two notes is a 4. Actually he wrote the second string as B5 when it should be B4.

IM kinda confused of how to tune it rather what is the tuning? Please I really want to be able to play this, im a huge fan of Bleach.

You're tuning those two strings down really far—five semitones for the 5th string and four semitones for the 6th string.
