I like it, and I'll rate it higher if you go through and remove all the tied notes.

They're hard to manage in tablature, and too many of them makes the music almost unreadable. Just put the first note, don't worry about putting the L's or the next note it's supposed to extend to.

I think it's better to use some kind of other symbol if you want to make a note ring out longer, like this:

Or just leave them out cause most notes are held as long as possible anyway.

Agreed, I was thinking it might be hard to read, not sure why I didn't say anything to ltm.

And not only does it make reading the notes difficult, but with every note listed as a sixteenth, the rhythm notatations are kind of useless.

My opinion:

The problem isn't tied notes per se, which are fine in tablature if used judiciously, but that very few of the tied notes in this song have a reason to be there. They'd make sheet music just as unreadable! This song isn't really a constant stream of sixteenth notes, and the way it's written we have no visual indication of what the rhythm really is.

Here's the tab with most ties removed but a few added. If the author wants to indicate which notes are staccato, I'd use another notation for that, at least in tab format.

A few changes in fingering and I think it'd be a nice tab :-)

if you want a quick way to get rid of the ties, go into the notepad exported file and go to find, replace with and replace all the "L" with "-". Just be careful to correct the title and information if it gets affected by this.
