The audio for this tab is no longer available, but I still want to play this because it looks good through my minds ear. :D Are those notes with two dashes between them (e.g., 1--1--1) supposed to be triplets? It seems appropriate to play at a moderately fast rock tempo in 4/4, but I'm not quite certain...
