It's a little off... use a 0 on the G string instead of a 1 and 3's instead of 4's on the B string... the fast part is off too... just follow the Am scale up to the octave....

yeah the tabs seem dead on from what I've been playing so far. The only problem i see would be that it ends with 10, not 12.

3b5: "Whole step bend". Fret 3, then bend the string sideways until you get the same note as if you fretted 5.
0h2: "Hammer on". Don't pick the second note.
