It sounds pretty dead on for the most part, but I think there are a couple things under "Repeat All" that are off.

If I had to guess, I'd say they were just typos considering the consistency of the first part. Good job :)

Ah, and you'd be right. They are typos! Woops. I guess I should've proof read it before I sent it in. Oh well.

also theres another error. in the 4th line on the B string....the last note should be 10 not 12 right?
