This is a literal transcription, with the woodwinds, piano, and
bell on first guitar, and the organ on second guitar.  The only
change I made was in the fourth row, the bell plays an E an octave
up, but I can't figure out a good way to finger that, so I put it
on the open E instead.

The two notes marked "T" for Triplet are actually the second and
third of the triplet, the first one is a rest.

The highest note is always the one you'd sing, so if you just want
to play the melody,  you can get rid of the bell notes (bottom
strings) and the harmony (middle voice).
