L is for a Tied note if two notes are the same or a Legato/Slur if they're different (the 2nd note being held not plucked).
In this case it was for a tied 10 because the note is held for a beat and a half(iirc), BUT since I decided against adding time signatures, note durations, and whatnot mid-way through transcribing this L is a left over that missed deletion =)

Great job, but there is an incorrect note
at the 13-10L on the B string in the final part it should really be 13-11L

At start it should be fixed, the 10-9-7-9 part sounds better as 11-10-8-10

It doesn't need to be fixed, it actually sounds fine the way it is...maybe your G string is out of time?
