Section A could be transposed up an octave to be closer to the original, however
how it is now makes a nice contrast to when section B starts (the 'flute' ish bit.)
SectionC1 and C2 are played at the same time, if playing alone you can use an open 
string D before playing section C1 to fill in some space.
