Tempo:  Keep it moderate.  Slow, yet flowing.
 
Capo:  You probably want to Capo the 1st fret, but this tab is written as if you haven't. 
If you do Capo, ignore all the 1's in the tab and make them 0's.
 
Fingerings:  mess around with fingerings to make it comfortable for you to play.
for example, playing a 1 on the next string up may be easier than playing a 6.

0:00-0:18 First Part
0:18-0:34 Second Part
0:34-1:03 Third Part
1:03-1:45 Fourth Part
1:45-2:15 Third Part
2:15-3:10 Fifth Part

(Yay, super difficult)
****note:  after you get this mastered, you pretty much have up to 2:15, repeating "Third Part" again. 
From there, it's some solo stuff until about 3:10 where it switches back to the "Third Part" until about 3:37,
where it has more solo stuff. 
Once you've nailed that solo, you're pretty much done with the whole song.
