The name of this piece is Treasure Every Meeting , but it is also popularly referred to as Ichigo Ichie and Everybody Gets Together in a Term.
The soundtrack also features a slow version in the second CD. A shorter version is featured in the Evangelion 2.0: You Can (Not) Advance soundtrack under the name 2EM12_KK_A09.
Many others songs from Kare Kano are also present in this movie (look for the songs containing "KK" in their title). Of course, Robe des Champs from the same movie is a modified version of this.
Finally, the Evangelion PianoForte #1 album contains a slow version similar to the original and a improvised take of Robe des Champs, respectively named:KK_A09_miyagi and KK_A09_alterna_kuriya.

Tempo : 70 ~ 3/4
*Measures 20 and 21 can be a little tricky. For the 
second half of measure 21 I use my middle finger to 
get both the the A and E, my ring finger for the C and 
my pinky for the high G. Alternatively, you can replace 
that section with measures 38-39.
