It would be my guess that whoever uploaded the tab to the website formatted it to be easier to read. The version on the site you linked to would be harder to play without already knowing the song quite well.

Did you get that PM I sent you? Like jacob said, I remade the tab in powertab to add the rhythm durations and also fixed a couple notes in measures 5 and 8. I can post the other version if you want, though.

What you have sounds right although the way it's written makes the timing seem weird (for me anyhow). A few extra bass notes would make this really shine.
