Hahah Oh man. I love Kirby 64. I still have my hands on a copy of it. Such a fun game with good music.

what are those letters above the tabs mean?

The W's, H's, Q's, and E's are whole notes, half notes, quarter notes, and eighth notes respectively. The A, D, C, G7, etc. are chords to be played along with it.
I should clarify, it's meant to be played with each chord only sounding once at the beginning of the measure and held for the entire measure, but I didn't find it necessary to do an entire Guitar II part.

This song may take place on shiver star but its actual name is snow. Just to help people who can't download the MIDI and need to listen to it somewhere else.
