When I submitted this one I mentioned that it's pretty much based on said arrangement. Obviously nobody did mind and it was accepted. No need to go through the roof. >_>

I think that you are mistaken, Doc Frog, and you seem to have embarrassingly jumped to a silly conclusion without taking into account anything other than what your own mind has already made up.
There are differences in timing notation and actual notes. Arrangements that stick close to the original composition can oftentimes be very similar. There are more than enough differences that I can see from just glancing at this tab to show that (at least in my mind) Trangoul did not steal it. Possibly based on it.
Trangoul is a great guitarist and a great arranger. He is very knowledgeable about music and does not need to steal from Kabuki. In fact, they are pretty good friends and get along quite well from what I've seen when we have all talked in IRC together. I've talked with both of them at the same time on a semi-regular basis in the past, and based on that and what I know about them, I think you do them both a disservice when you make a comment in this manner.
EDIT: Apparently I didn't see Trangoul's response, but he pretty much confirms that this IS based on Kabuki's arrangement. That is a big difference from stealing.
