Great simple rendition --- one minor detail I think could be improved upon:
I would simply add a C# on the quarter note to keep the bass progression more fluid, like so:

Yeah, sounds pretty good. However, how about tuning down the 6th string to D and use that instead of the 4th string. (Well, I just love a good bass. ^.^)

I would need to tune it down to a B actually, and that's just too dang low.
