This is the town song from the DS remake of SaGa 2 Hihou Densetsu, which adds 
the words "GODDESS OF DESTINY" to that already lengthy title.  Wikipedia gives 
a more literal "To the Lands of Another World" as the song title, but that sounds 
less poetic to me, so I changed it, hehe.  The actual title is 異世界の地へ.
