Nice tab, though there are a couple things I'd do differently. First I'd change measures 9 and 10 to be this way:

E E E E E E Q Q Q
E |--------------------|--0--------------|
B |--3-----3-----3-----|-------4----4----|
G |-----6-----6-----6--|-----------------|
C#|--------3--L--3--L--|------(3)--(3)---|
A |-------(2)---(2)----|-------2----2----|
E |--4--------------L--|--0--------------|

...In measure two, on the B string, those should definitely be 4's, not 3's--it's a half-step downward progression.

Now as to the notes in parentheses: they complete the chords in the original track...but obviously it's impossible to play both the whole way through, so we compromise by only including one.

Given that we're going to include only one, I would opt to keep the same one in the first and second measure, rather than changing it up, since the two-note harmony is what provides continuity between the two measures (everything else changes).

And since it's really really hard to do the 2 on the A string in measure one, I would just do the 3 on the C# string in both measures. It also does provide a more striking contrast, imo, in the second measure.
