I dunno whether it's my tuner or midi player, but the song is actually half-step lower than how it is written in the tab. I tuned it to standard 440 hz, because I thought that my hearing was freaking out, but no, the song is not in standard tuning.

this is an arrangement, not a transcription. When I arrange I will usually transpose the piece into whatever key I feel is easiest to play it in, not necessarily the key the original is in. In the case of this piece, if you want to play it in the proper key, put a capo on fret 3 and play the tabs as written.

Yay, so it's not just me then. This song pwns but it's hard to go with the flow when you start playing that A minor part. Where can I get that capo thingy?

What do you mean the a minor part? The fast part?

Also, you can find a capo at just about any music store.
