wow thats a tought one archard theres a growing number of people here who love anime and feel this is a nice community as is but this is gametabs.net hmmmmm If i were to do this I would like the forums together keep them the same and maybe create an anime section and an anime submission in the same forum so the community could stick together.

I agree with that, I don't wanna split up the community at all. However, I think I can set it up so that both sites have the same user base and use the same forum. That would mean that if you sign up on either site you would have access to both sites with the same account. The forum, like you suggested would have separate sections for anime, but the general forums will be shared, as well as the shoutbox.

I still need to do some research about whether or not this can actually be achieved properly. I would really like to do it, because having a site dedicated to just anime tabs will make a big impact in the search engines, and get more attention from people who are primarily anime fans in general. That way we would get a lot more traffic from the anime crowd, but we would all be part of the same community. The only thing that would be separate is that all anime tabs would go under animetabs.net and all game tabs would go under gametabs.net. I would change the color scheme for animetabs.net too, like make it blue, for example.

I was actually just thinking yesterday that the anime section of this site should have a blue banner over the top of the page as opposed to the green one, and a different logo. The URL wouldn't necessarily need to change though.

For some odd reason when I think of anime, I imagine the colour red. I'm not sure if that'd fit on the website though.

do you mean that the site would just auto-matically change back and forth as you go between the different tabs?

Also, I miss the blue use the blue.

That's just your opinion though, I for one would like to see a site with anime tabs, the only site I have seen with tabs is this site, I think that having them connected, a la gamespot and gfaqs, would be a good idea as I am sure there will be people on boths sides, as sure as I am there will be people like myself with need of both!

Just improving the anime section is fine.

i agreee with someone up there ^^^ it would bring in more users who are in the anime type music. i say go for it !
