Someone just PMed me and presented the idea of creating a separate site just for anime tabs. It got me thinking, and I think it might be a good idea. I really just don't like how anime tabs are kind of lumped in ad hoc like they are now. It would be kinda nice to separate them.
What do you guys think though? I don't want to split up the community in any way, but it may be necessary with a separate site. Unless we could integrate the user base or something like that. I dunno, I'm open to any ideas/suggestions.
Oh and by the way, I already bought animetabs.net just in case. So you can't hold it for ransom if that's what you were thinking ;)

I think it is a great idea, but much more users will acess the site, and maybe you will need change some stuff of places.
In my opinion if you put them together, you will have much more work, i mean, this site will be overloaded with requests, comments, and the shoutbox will be a mess too, cause some users just like the games, and others the animes.
i vote for separating them.

Good idea. It would be great for those who realy enjoy seeing some Megumi Hayashibara tabs( my favorite :D ). And I know from experience its hard enough to find places with anime tabs so a dedicated site for it would be excelent.

In my advice, i think it's a good idea so separate anime and videos games. Because the anime section is underated because we are all here talkin' about games and that's the aim of this site. Promote an anime site will sure attract another kind of people and make more work but it will grow the community for sure.
And i disagree with Jacob31593, they are much more than 10 anime songs who are "interesting", of course if you just speakin about a stupid teen with his/her horrible voice singing an opening, yeah i agree...

By "anime songs" are we talking (the often J-Pop) opening/ending songs or little tunes that play during scenes that are original to the anime?
If we're talking the opening/ending songs thing, that is NOT an anime song. Think of it like this: a Linkin Park song was featured in both of the Transformers movies but we don't tag those songs as "Movie songs", do we?
Basically, if we were to add the opening/ending themes from animes on an animetab site (or even this one), we might as well be posting tabs for those Linkin Park songs since the Transformers movies were made into videogames as well.
Sorry if none of that made any sense...I'm kinda....tired and...stuff.

There's actually a lot of pretty anime OST.. Sometimes the OP or ED is used in the anime itself but maybe as an instrumental version or something. Like Tori no Uta from Air and Lilium from Elfen Lied, they're both OP songs but their melodies are used in the anime OST.

except the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya. There's two full songs called god knows and lost my music by aya hirano, with lyrics and everything.

They should upload more good anime songs, or OST tabs.If you like any game songs, you should love this OST. This songs have excelent guitars, and harmonica, personally i like(LOVE) the Nichijou no Theme(excelent composition.. the best of the entire OST =P)
Umm....and if someone sees this, Could you help me get the guitar tabs/chords for this song????
