I was trying to figure out how to somehow mix famous game weapons into it like the keyblade handle, clouds sword and the mastersword. I left the text logo how it was because Thats the sites logo and such but idk. going to keep fooling around with it.

or maybe have a few game chars peeking out from behind around the logo. Lol have the classical guitar side turn into a pacman game with the strings making the maze and have him in there.

The grey theme that is linked in the OP is not very cohesive. They grey color just comes out of nowhere and is at odds with the green. For grey to work, grey would have to be the central theme.

I don't know if I'm for a whole new look, but skins that are changeable under user profile/preferences would be cool.

Skins would definitely be cool! Sometimes simple is best though!

BTW on disc 3 of FFIX, not hating it as much as I thought I would :P

Beat that game like 4 times. Get to disk 3 in a certain amount of time and you get an awesome weapon for the knight.

negative, disc 4, in memoria, same little "underwater" area where you find hades and his synth shop. the alotted time is 12 hours, and the item in question is the excalibur II. nigh impossible, and all but pointless, except for completions sake.

^^ im 95% sure of this fact--i didnt get the item in question, just cause i didnt wanna fuck with it--id rather milk the game for all its worth without having to hurry through for the sake of a questionable item, even thoughts its the best weapon in the game.

ps just recently bought the game on PSN, just about to hit up gizamalukes grotto, after do some hot & cold business

pps im glad to hear youve gained some appreciation for IX bacardi. last boss will disappoint you though--pointless, even though he looks cool. what part are you on in dsic 3? have you been to terra yet?

also, its highly worthwhile to complete chocobo hot & cold, not only is it highly addictive, it reveals some cool little areas like the air garden and chocobo garden, as well as mognet central (which is another highly worthwhile sidequest, and easy to mess up if youre not mindful of whats going on.)

at this point bacardi, if you havent delievered each letter to each respective moogle, youre hosed--on disc 4, you wont be able to reach certain areas where some of the moogles are)

also, i hope youve taken part in the coffee quest for morrid in the dali village lookout mountain place. i believe the reward is an MS prima vista model, which is ideal for the auction sidequest in treno. at least im pretty damn sure about this.

and can anyone please tell me the benefit of defeating ozma? ive never done so, but that damn ass motherfucker gave me such a hard time i said fuck it; which is something ive never done before in an FF game, except for ruby and emerald in VII

Defeating ozma gives you the 2nd shard i think. so you can use the summon ark. ( strongest in game and has a super long gundam like cutscene ).

The last boss had a purpose to the story. mainly tied to Kuja destroying the Thing. ( Dont want to spoil the story) I had that game waaaay back. one of my favs

you can synthesize the second piece of the pumice piece at hades synth shop, you need to have cinnas hammer though im pretty sure. (also required for the tin armor for steiner)

like i said, i never beat ozma, but i had ark; im pretty sure the other piece is obtained from beating the boss in oielvert (i think the boss actually WAS ark).

if the reward from ozma is another pumice piece though, im thinking it might be used to synth a rod or racket for eiko or dagger/garnet/DILDO, but im not at all sure about this.

you can synth beatrix's sword save the queen at the hades synthesization shop too, but ill be damned if i know why; steiner cant even equip it.

the final boss in IX looks like the blue ghost guy from scooby doo, shitty battle shitty battle

ozma was cool though, never got arround to beating him myself

but you better bet your sweet as I got every fucking chocograph even the one that had the shitty hint picture? you know, its the one in the MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN that you can't find even with a guide, shit sucks

Actually yeah I am about to get a bunch of stuff, just got the ship.

I've had this game since it was brand new, played it a bunch of times back then and I guess was burnt out on it for many years. It's not my favorite by far, but it's not terrible. Just...different.

As we have Tune Competition and Riff Challenge we can do Cover Competion !

Someone chose a song to cover (something "famous") and people cover it their own way and the winner can chose the next song and his cover will be highlighted on youtube.
